Factory Visit Vinilon Group x Universitas Pakuan

Vinilon Group held its first Factory Visit after the pandemic, by collaborating with educational institutions. The Factory Visit, which was held on September 7, 2022, was held together with students from Pakuan University.

The factory visit, entitled “Management Field Trip, Pakuan University 2022”, was attended by 146, 7th semester students from the Management Study Program at Pakuan University. This activity took place at the Rusli Vinilon Sakti Factory, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency.

The event, which was held from 9 am to 4 pm, was filled with various activities such as seminars and company tours. With the title “Development People in Post Pandemic Era”, the seminar was presented by Mrs. Ignatia Gisella as General Manager of HR, General Affair, and Legal from Vinilon Group. Mrs. Ignatia Gisella or who is familiarly called Mrs. Gisel gave material about the culture and corporate values ​​of the Vinilon Group which adapted the Kaizen concept from Japan, where the concept is of the view that we must continue to focus on efforts to improve and develop continuously.

This factory visit was held with the aim of educating students about management procedures, flow, standard operating procedures (SOP), and matters related to human resource management (HR) at Vinilon Group Companies. The students were also provided with factory tours in the hope that they could know the actual production process in the field.
